The only ones I haven't seen here are Denzel Washington and Will Smith. Despite that, I don't think it will change my opinions so far...
Who SHOULD WIN: Sean Penn - I Am Sam. A truly excellent performance, Penn is Sam, if you have seen this movie you know what I mean. Sean Penn has delivered some fantastic performances over the years and not won the Oscar, this time he really deserves it.
Who WILL Win: Russel Crowe - A Beautiful Mind. The indicators are clearly in place, Crowe has won the SAG, and he won the Golden Globe for this performance. He will be like Tom Hanks and win two years in a row. If anyone else deserves it, it is Crowe. I believe there is a posibility that Denzel may pull an upset for all the people who think his time has come, but I still think Crowe will pull through and take home the Oscar when it is all over.

Who WILL Win: Denzel Washington - Training Day.
Who SHOULD WIN:Denzel Washington - Training Day. He is great in nearly every role he plays, and this is no exception.
Who WILL Win:Russell Crowe - A Beautiful Mind. Although he won last year, there is an extraordinary amount of hype surrounding his performance in A Beautiful Mind.
Ah another category in which I have not seen them all, but I will have seen all of them except for Ali by Oscar time so this is subject to change. I haven't seen Training Day or Ali.
Who SHOULD WIN: Jim Broadbent - Iris.
Who WILL Win: Ian McKellen - Lord of the Rings. McKellen won the SAG, Broadbent the Golden Globe. I don't think enough Academy members saw Iris and that is the reason Broadbent will not win it. A possible upset could come from Voigt, but I doubt it.

I wasn't a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, but I must admit that he was quite good in it.
